I help people carry less and live more. My work centers on safety, clarity, and steady progress.
Sessions feel human and focused, with tools you can use between appointments.
Who I work with
Individuals, couples, and families across Atlanta and across Georgia through secure telehealth. Teens, college students, working professionals, caregivers, and elders who want support that respects identity, culture, and lived experience.

Dignity first. Every story deserves care and respect.

Clarity over confusion. Plain language, clear plans, measurable steps.

Culture aware. Context matters. I pay attention to it.
-
Steady momentum. Each session moves something forward.
-
Real-world skills. Tools that help on tough days, not only on good ones.
